Up to £225 p/d Depending on experience Start Date: 14th December OR 4th January An exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of Qualified Case Handlers to join our client, a highly reputable Professional Services company, on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. The project will be taking place in Newcastle, and our client is offering excellent relocation and benefits packages in a bid to attract the best available talent! The core purpose of the role will be to provide quality checking to both the case review and remediation teams, to ascertain whether the case handler has reached the right outcome and has correctly applied the policy during the file review and customer contact. Responsibilities will include undertaking quality control of the case handling team, monitoring calls and performance against benchmarks, providing feedback on QC results, conducting root cause analysis and communicating the outcomes as a monitor for improvements, assisting team leaders in the construction and execution of quality related development plans and much more! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience within an FCA regulated environment and will have gained a solid understanding of FSA rules and compliance requirements. You will be highly motivated, well organised had have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
